Hilltop Manor is the perfect venue to celebrate a special occasion; such as birthdays, anniversaries, baby shower, rehearsal dinner, family reunion, engagement party, wedding reception and the list goes on. Perhaps you just want to get together with family or friends. We can even set up an elegant dinner for 2, what a perfect place to ask that most important question. We believe that every gathering is important and should be customized to the host and hostess. Please contact us for more information.
Our Facility:
Hilltop Manor is a craftsman style home that was built in 1890. The rooms are open and spacious with ten-foot beamed ceilings and original hardwood floors. The main level can seat up to 100 guests inside or out.
The dining room has lighting fixtures that were chosen by the original first lady of the house. The story is told that she bought them while on their honeymoon in Asia. The fireplace in the dining room is the largest in the house and gives this expansive area a warm glow.
The parlor is also available which features a fireplace cove, perfect for a cozy dinner for two, and a main area that can seat 40 guests for a sit-down dinner with a gorgeous bowed parlor window. This is a great room for baby showers; the comfortable leather furniture gives a relaxed feel to the room.
The two rooms are joined by a large foyer which can be set-up as a dessert buffet or beverage bar. If you would like to have a full meal, an outside caterer can be brought in to serve plated or buffet-style.
We have a few event packages for you to choose from. However, we welcome your input to customize the perfect ensemble for your event.
Private Dinner for Two: $499.

One night in the Oak Suite - which includes a full breakfast the next morning

You have the historic dining room to yourselves for three hours. We set a table in front of the fire for the two of you.

A four-course meal served to you by your private server. After the meal is cleared you will have complete privacy.

Fresh flowers for your dining table and in your suite.

A memory photo taken during your dinner.
- There will be romantic music playing in the background the entire time, perfect for a romantic dance after dinner.

Spa basket to enjoy in the two person Jacuzzi tub when you retire to your suite.

This package also includes a chilled bottle of complimentary champagne or wine with your dinner.
A Glitzy Gala: $1,500-$2,800 (Up To 50 Guests)

All four suites in the house are included in this package for one or two night(s) - which includes a gourmet breakfast for the overnight guests each morning.

The dining room will be set with white linen tables for people to sit, chat, and snack on the dessert while the parlor will be open for dancing on the hardwood floors. The main level will be open for the reception for a total of three hours.

Each additional person is $25.00 up to a total of 100 people
Policies:

50% non-refundable deposit required to hold date, with balance due 2 weeks prior to event (also non-refundable).

$250 damage deposit is collected and refunded one week after the event has taken place if there is no damage.

15% gratuity will be added.

$300 per hour will be charged if stated time is exceeded

To preserve the beauty of Hilltop Manor's interior we have a smoke and tobacco free environment. If this rule is disregarded there will be a $500 cleaning fee charged. Smoking is allowed outside of the house.

These prices include: clear plastic silverware, plates, and cups (for an additional cost china and glass will be used); enough tables with white linens and chairs to seat the number of guests in the package (colored linens can be used at an additional cost);

Any outside caterer that is licensed and presents a valid certificate of liability insurance at least 30 days prior to the event can be used.

If alcoholic beverages are brought on site the host & hostess (not Hilltop Manor) are responsible for making sure that it is made available only to those people that are 21 years or older.

All non-alcoholic beverages must be provided by Hilltop Manor.
