Hilltop Manor offers a variety of wedding packages for your Hot Springs, Arkansas wedding. Whether it is just the two of you or a grand affair, we are here to help you create the wedding day that you want to remember. We can accommodate up to 50 people in the manor house or for an outdoor ceremony; chapel and reception settings are your choice.

Just Between the Two of Us Wedding / Elopement: $550-$1,000 (Bride & Groom Only)

This package is created exclusively for the bride and groom as a stress-free romantic event. Enjoy one or two nights in your favorite suite (you can always add more nights if you like) with a gorgeous fireplace, and private JACUZZI® jetted tub. Curl up together in the king-sized bed and relax with a romantic movie on the large flat-screen television. Dim the lighting, set the music, and let the romance begin.

Package details include:

  • Ceremony & reception lasting 30 minutes
  • Officiate, small cake, champagne, rose bouquet, boutonniere and Hilltop Manor champagne toasting flutes
  • Overnight accommodations in a deluxe suite

Package cost is $550 for a wedding that takes place Sunday – Thursday with a one-night stay, or $1,000 for a wedding that takes place Friday or Saturday and includes a two-night stay (two-night minimum required on weekends).

Classic Ceremony: $2,500 – $4,500 (Includes 25 Guests)

The Classic Ceremony lets you invite a few more people to witness and celebrate your special day. This package includes rental of the entire inn for you and eight of your friends or family. You will have the inn all to yourself. A fully plated breakfast is included for all overnight guests.

  • Non-alcoholic guest beverage (punch, tea)
  • Two-tier wedding cake by Ambrosia Bakery
  • Officiate
  • Rose bouquet and Boutonniere
  • Champagne for bride and groom with Hilltop Manor toasting flutes
  • Ceremony & reception lasting three hours
  • Five guest suites – your party are the only guests at the inn

Package cost is $2,500 for Sunday (with a one-night stay), or $4,500 for a wedding that takes place Friday or Saturday and includes a two-night stay (two-night minimum required on weekends).

Something Special: $3,000 – $5,500 (Includes 50 Guests)

A wedding is no fun without those special friends; the Something Special package is a lovely option for those with a few more reception guests. Choose your eight closest friends and family to stay overnight and have the entire inn to yourselves after the other guests have left. The historic dining room with blazing fireplace in the winter, and expansive front porch with the calls of nature in the summer, are both wonderful areas to reminisce throughout the evening. A fully plated breakfast will await all overnight guests in the morning.

  • Officiate

Package cost is $3,000 for Sunday (with a one-night stay), or $5,500 for a wedding that takes place Friday or Saturday and includes a two-night stay (two-night minimum required on weekends).

Wedding Policies

  • 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold date, with balance due two weeks prior to event.
  • $250 damage deposit is collected two weeks prior to event with final payment. It is refunded one week after the event has taken place if there is no damage. No damage deposit is required for the Just Between the Two of Us wedding package.
  • 20% gratuity will be added to all costs for weddings with guests.
  • For an outside food service company, such as bakeries and caterers, to supply food for a wedding or event at Hilltop Manor B&B, we first must receive a “Certificate of Liability” for insurance (for at least $1 million) from the company at least one month prior to the event, and they must be licensed. It is the responsibility of the bride and groom or event planner to deliver this certificate to Hilltop Manor.
  • $300 per hour will be charged if stated time is exceeded.
  • To preserve the beauty of Hilltop Manor’s interior, we have a smoke- and tobacco-free environment. If this rule is disregarded, there will be a $500 cleaning fee charged. Smoking is allowed outside of the house.
  • Prices are not guaranteed; they can be adjusted without notice and do not include service fee or tax.
  • Additional cost may be adjusted for during holiday seasons.
