A sitting area and breakfast table. They also have hardwood or ceramic floors, closet, A/C, ceiling fan, a fluffy robe to wrap up in, a private bath with shower, fluffy towels to dry off.
You will find a hair dryer and iron and ironing board in each suite for your convenience.
High quality mattress, decadent 1000 thread-count sheets, 6 assorted pillows (soft to firm) and luxurious comforters for a peaceful night.
Gorgeous stone fireplaces with gas logs grace the dining room, as well as the Sycamore, Oak, and Spruce guest suites. These suites also feature a refrigerator and microwave.

Check In Time: 3:00PM - 5:00PM (Arrangements can be made for late arrival, just let us know.)
Check Out Time: 11:00AM - A $15 charge every 15 minutes that you are late will be charged to your credit card.
Deposit of one nights lodging or 50% of your total lodging is required to hold the room (whichever is greater). Full payment is required upon check in. For late arrivals, remaining payment will be automatically charged to the credit card received at time of reservation, unless otherwise notified, on the first day of the reservation.
  Cancellation Policy for Overnight Guest:
Your deposit less a $25 service fee will be refunded if you cancel at least 14 days in advance of your first nights stay. If you have reserved all 5 suites you must give a minimum of 30 days notice to get a refund of your deposit less the cancellation fee. There is a $25. service fee per suite for all cancellations or changes. If the cancellation is made less then 14 days prior to the first nights stay (less then 30 days if you've reserved all 5 suites) you are responsible for the cost of the entire stay and any balance will be charged to your credit card immediately. This does apply even if the reservation is made less then 14 days prior to the first nights stay. If we can re-book the suite(s) you will receive a Hilltop Manor credit for the amount of nights that we were able to re-book. Packages must be canceled at least 7 days before arrival date or you must pay the full amount.
Hilltop Manor does offer travel insurance at an additional cost. If you have any doubts about being able to make your stay you may want to purchase this insurance.
Children 12 and over are welcome.
Our suites and rates are set-up for 2 guests' a 3rd can be accommodated in certain suites. However, we must have advance notice and there will be an additional charge of $35 per night.
Kennel accommodations for pets are available nearby. Pets are not allowed on the property.
Hilltop Manor is not responsible for any allergic reactions to foods or soaps. Please let us know in advance if you are sensitive to any foods so that the meal can be customized to fit your needs.
Hilltop Manor is not responsible for loss of any money or valuables.
To preserve the beauty of Hilltop Manor's interior we have a smoke and tobacco free environment. If this rule is disregarded there will be a $500 cleaning fee charged to the credit card on file. You will also be required to leave the inn immediately and pay for your entire scheduled stay. Please, just do not smoke inside the inn. Smoking is allowed outside of the house.
Any damage to Hilltop Manor or the items on the premises will be automatically charged to your credit card.
If there is damage to Hilltop Manor caused by a natural occurrence (such as a tornado) or an event beyond our control (such as a power outage) we will do our best to accommodate you, try to give you options at another inn or refund the cost of your unused stay. We are not responsible for reimbursing any other travel costs except for those that you have paid to Hilltop Manor.
