A sitting area and breakfast table. They also have Hardwood or ceramic floors, closet, a/c, ceiling fan, a robe to wrap up in, and a private bath with shower.
High quality mattress (pillow-top in Rose and Oak suites, firmer in the Spruce and Magnolia suites), decadent 1000 thread count sheets, 6 assorted pillows (soft to firm) and luxurious comforters.
Rose and Spruce suite may be combined for a family suite.
Gorgeous stone fireplaces with gas logs grace the dining suite, parlor, Oak and Spruce guest suites.
TV, DVD player and cable in all suites.

Magnolia Suite:

This charming main level suite has a private entrance for your convenience, thermostatic controls for your comfort and 36” doorways and pathways perfect for a wheelchair. Wake from a peaceful night's sleep in the queen sized bed with 1,000 thread count sheets and assorted pillows. The oversized ceramic shower has a no barrier entrance, as well as hand-held and rainmaker shower heads to create a relaxing experience. Put on a fluffy robe and enjoy the views out your windows, which keep the suite bright and overlook the front yard with mature magnolias and a three-tiered waterfall. Rate: Magnolia $150 - $200

Oak Suite:

This stately main level suite was created for the king of the manor over 100 years ago and is updated with the modern conveniences of today. This suite has original hardwood floors and has been decorated with rich gold and royal maroons (there are no lace doilies here). It is kept bright with the row of windows above the king size sleigh bed. Relax in the two-person Jacuzzi tub with dimmed lighting, located next to the breakfast table in the main suite. Then wrap up in a robe and enjoy the glow of the fire. The ceramic bathroom is a great place to get ready with a separate toilet area, antique-style vanity and extra large shower. Rate: $210 - $275

Rose Suite:

Romance is in the air in this bright and cheery suite with second story views of the yard and waterfall. The floral motif, king sized cream colored bed touched with rose accents and full-length mirror all enhance the delicacy of this suite. Relax in the Jacuzzi tub with ceramic shower, then pull on a robe and recline on the chaise lounge. Enjoy some television or listen to a favorite CD from the sitting area or your bed. Rate: Rose $150 - $200

Spruce Suite:

This second story suite feels like a cozy cabin with the stone fireplace that runs from floor to ceiling, hardwood floors and window seat which overlooks the backyard. A stately, four-poster king sized bed has a slightly firmer mattress then the other suites, but still the fine linens create a restful night's sleep. The bath offers double sinks and a shower with a large cabinet to keep personal items organized. The breakfast nook overlooks the yard and is a great place to start the day while reading the paper and having your coffee.
